Payroll employee exit query

i am preparing payroll sheet. there is mastersheet where all employee data available and there are 12 sheets for attendance and salary. if any employee leave the job his data wont be showup in further month in aatendace and salary sheets but his past month data must be there for records..

how can i perform this?

Are you building this from scratch or do you have one already that you are modifying?
If you do not have one already you could use a template (examples below) and modify it to suit your specific workplace.

We almost created / modified as our need , we also gone through that readymade sheets but there is nothing what we are looking for..
so i landed here to fulfill my requirements
