Hi All

Really need some help or guidance. From a report listing 2000 groups and Manager I need to compare names in each column. Column C would have the result (Match/No match) Obviously column A is a match, column B isn't)

Column A
company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/Bill Smith
company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/William Webster;company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/Matt Smith;company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/Caroline Morgan;company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/Helen Tuck;company.co.uk/Accounts/Users/Steven Harple;

Column B
CN=Bill Smith,OU=Users,OU=DC=company,DC=co,DC=uk
CN=Mark Jones,OU=Users,OU=DC=company,DC=co,DC=uk

The OUs will differ, so searching from X characters in won't help.

I've tried VLOOKUPS SEARCH, functions
Capture.PNG
, and the Fuzzy logic option from MS, but no joy.

Any help/comments/ideas/solutions welcome! Thanks in advance
