I maintain several shared workbooks on our network. At any given time there could be 3 or 4 of us working in the same workbook at the same time. Recently, I've had issues with data disappearing. Just gone...I can't find it in the audit trail or previous versions. Could this be an issue because several of us have it open at the same time and it's just saving the last version closed out instead of merging all of our changes? How do I prevent this from happening?
