In Excel; instead of print I saved my spreadsheet as a PDF document, with a web-page links in some of the cells.

I want to be able to open the links in the same window I'm in, so that I don't end up with too many windows on the screen.
According to The a target HTML Attribute Explained, you should be able to use the command target="_self" for this.
This web page, which is 100% made in Excel: R1002.pdf"_self"
opens in a new window when I press the yellow link Next>>> the page .

Do you know what I can do to achieve the desired effect, i.e. that the page opens in the same window?
Am I using the wrong url command?
