Open Other File and Run Marco with (Application.Run )

i need to open FILE B and run macro in FILE B

My Code

Code:
Sub Marcodd()
Application.Run "C:\Users\THJunsomPa\Desktop\3.Master ok Sell-out Promotion_Mar'16.xlsm!B_Clear"
End Sub
This Code is open File but cannot run macro[B_Clear] in file

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Try enclosing the path and filename within apostrophes...

i must change file name to simple no ' " " can work
