hi,
i come to a stage where i have too many rows and columns (approx 100 mil)
and it takes me hours to fill down,
and i need to be updated it a lot,
is there's an online service strong enough to handle such tasks quickly?
and it goes without say, it need to be exactly like excel without loosing any formulas, design, and etc

i could try break it down to parts, like instead of 1mil, 10 of 100k, but it'll be tedious, and even then will take a lot of time,
or upgraded the memory to 32gb or even more if it'll make a serious difference?

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I don't know what is out there, as I've only ever used Access, so cannot really help.

I concur with Fluff. While you can try to use Excel to work like a database, it is not really what it is designed to do, so it is often very cumbersome and slow (though Power Query does now give you the ability to do database-like operations in Excel). I use Microsoft Access myself for these type of things.

Note that it is important to note that Access is not simply an extension of Excel (to handle larger files). It is a different program altogether, and databases are much different than spreadsheets (so you need to change your way of thinking). And there is a learning curve that comes along with it.

Regarding databases, there is also SQL and MySQL (which is a scaled down free version of SQL).
You can still use Access as a front-end for those databases.

Also note that while Access handles large amounts of data much better than Excel, it does have a 2 GB limit.
If your data size exceeds that, then that is where you might consider moving the data to SQL or MySQL, and then using Access as a front-end to access and work with it.

but isn't the problem, mine, which i need first to complete/fill down the file in excel, with all the data, and only then move it to access? for faster loading and analyzing and etc

Generally speaking, you don't store calculations in a database, you only calculate them from static data when they are needed.
