Ok... what's with this minus sign?

So I have a data set that I import off of a website. The positive numbers look good. But this minus sign is double the size of a regular negative.

Website value: –0.13%
Regular value: -0.13%

I've tried to do find and replace, but that doesn't work. The problem is, I use the copy / paste special (multiply), and it doesn't work on the website value.

How does one approach this situation? I even checked if there's a special locale or something along those lines that could be causing this, but the cell looks relatively generic, aside from the size of the minus sign.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
It's probably an En dash use search/replace & search for Alt 0150
You need to hold down the Alt key whilst you type the numbers & you must you the number keypad, not the numbers above the main keyboard

I had no idea about these other types of dashes. Thanks so much!! With your help and updating xlwhole to xlpart on the find/replace code, this is now working correctly. Thank you again for your help!
