I would really appreciate the help.

I am trying to hide about 3 rows if the Word Refund was selected on one cell with a drop down selection.

I hope someone genius will be able to help me.

This could be a solution; needs to be pasted in the sheet's vbe module and adapted to your needs:
VBA Code:
Option Explicit
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Not Target.Address = "$C$8" Then Exit Sub '<- adjust dropdown cell address as needed
If Target.Value = "Word Refund" Then
Range("10:12").EntireRow.Hidden = True '<- adjust row addresses as needed
    Else
Range("10:12").EntireRow.Hidden = False '<- adjust row addresses as needed
    End If
End Sub
