OCR from a flash web site

I am trying to write a custom tool in Excel and VBA using Command-line tools to allow blind/partially sighted people to read the text in Flash-based web sites. I have got a considerable distance regarding the screen copying text-to-speech side, but I am struggling to find a decent tool to convert the text in the images that the software generates to text, via a command line interface in Windows. I have tried the tools on this page: http://www.seeingwithsound.com/ocr.htm but surprisingly to me, given that simple CAPTCHAs are solvable, the tools listed are either ineffective or not Windows-based. I would be prepared to pay money for a decent OCR tool that can recognise simple text from an image where there is no deformation/noisy background but I can't seem to find something that could defeat with 99+% accuracy what is, in effect, a very simple CAPTCHA. Are the CAPTCHA defeating tools trained on the specific type? It amazes me that I can't find something that can recognise simple text from an image. Hope you can help.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Because you are also asking about OCRs, I am not locking the post, but please note that this board has a policy against helping people with "solving CAPTCHAs", as they are an internet security measure (the potential for malicious misuse is great). Any responses addressing "solving CAPTCHAS" will be deleted.

I am not trying to solve CAPTCHAs, no deformation or noise is involved, just plain text from images generated from flash-generated web pages.
