So just a quick tidbit, during surgery we do something called a "Time Out" where we all pause to verify we have the right patient, procedure, and anatomic location. We have a surgeon that is a "little" superstitious and also like us to list the patients zodiac sign, Chinese Zodiac year (pig, bear, cat, etc), and native american zodiac sign (salmon, bear, falcon, etc)

What I was hoping to do is create a excel file where all we had to due was enter the patient's birthday into the blank, and the 3 different signs would populate. And if I could manage it, put it up on a cheap free website so we all could use it no matter what computer desktop or laptop we were using at the time.

I have a little bit of experience with excel and websites, but that was also 20 years ago with geocities. :D
