Not receiving emails when my posts receive replies

I'm keeping an eye out for them. Some errors take a while to get sent back.

Alphafrog - same issue. all 3 isp's are using the same site to verify us - and that site doesn't like us. we're looking into it. tho, wouldn't hurt to have your isp's also contact them so that recipient's back us up in that we're legit..

What site is doing the verification? Who is my ISP suppose to contact?

Starl,
I have contacted my ISP and gotten this response:

If any mail servers were blocked the sender would always get a bounceback error from us. There is no way for us to tell what happened to the message once the sender hands it off to their server. The only folks who can check is the mail administrator for their mail servers. They can see from the server's logs what has transpired during the email transmission. Please have the sender to contact their mail provider to investigate and view their transmission further.
If you can identify the site being used for verification that might be helpful.
Thanks,
Joe

I'm happy to report that as of last night I'm receiving emails from the board again. There's no indication of what specific action turned them on again.

great. thanks for the info

Hi Tracy,

FYI - I was also getting skunked on thread notification e-mails. Just in the past 24 hours have I started getting a few. However they are notifications from a day or more past.

I haven't posted much in the past couple of days; so no idea if new notifications would flow through more quickly.

Greg - I haven't seen any failure's from you.

Alpha & Joe - are you still getting notifications ok?
