No letters again 0 or - or *

Hi Team,

I have a data and i dont need letters again -,0 or * on with in same row "example row 70 and 71 row" so it should be
ony 91,81 and 75 ,64

Well i need to do the compare ABCD column with significaneee letter so i based on the data file i need to manual check
if I70 and J 70 has 0 or - (based on I67 to L67) and if i get K70 and L70 any letter (based on I67 to L67) then i dont need letter becuase comparsion data is 0 or * or can be -. please refer my solution from N67 to Q71
