Nested IF, parenthesis

Excel is telling me that I have an error with this formula. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be, and why?

Actually, from what I see, there're a couple more brackets that are not needed:

=IF(AND(AV3="%",I4>I3+(I3-J3)*$B$3),I3+(I3-J3)*$B$3,"")

should do the same job.
