Hi All,

Im having issues and its sending my head crazy lol.

I need a Vlook up to check if a player has played one of the below events (the list of names would be on a separate tabs under each event name which i have already set) and it to return a yes or a no. Then i need the consecutive column to return the amount of consectutive tournaments the player has participated in. Then i need the Expected prize column to check a seperate table for example - if the player plays 4 consecutive events they win 1 token.

I worked it so that I get a total number of consecutive tournaments and a seperate column for the expected prize. Ive worked out how to lookup the expected prize based on the total consecutive so just need to work out how to work out the consecutive run.

Have you updated the player names in both source and target?

Otherwise you're looking up "Bobby" in a list that says "Player1", "Player2"...

Its ok ive fixed that it was the Name manager wasnt the same name as the tabs :-S my bad, So just need to work out the longest string of consecutives now Sorry to be a pain in the ***

I'm afraid the only way I can think of calculating the longest string of consecutive YES is to use either helper columns (or helper rows) or some really horrible IF statement.
