Need Help With PivotTable

Hi There

thank you for looking at my question

i created a Pivot table out of an invoice but would like if i replace the DATA from the invoice tab the pivot table should update it self?

Please help me on how this could be done i'm using 2007

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Do you mean that it's resetting all the data filters in your PVT? I've never seen this happen, so I'm not sure why that would occur.... What version of Excel are you using?

One other possible thing to try: Record a small macro of you refreshing the table using the button in the ribbon toolbar, then set that macro to run every time the sheet is opened. The code for that would look like:
