Need Help with Graphs/Charts!

I have one workbook that contains data and another that has the graphs. I have 200 graphs that I produce each month that show a 5 year month over month trend.

Each month I need to drop off the data from the very first month (December 2003) and add data for the last month (January 2009) so that there is always only 5 years or 60 months of data.

I relized that I could hide the top row and the graphs would drop the data off but then I need to change the data source to get the next/last row of data that I just entered. Having to change the data source on all 200 graphs each month would be a nightmare.

I have only set up one graph setup now for testing so any help on how to best set these up would be great!!!

Thanks!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
I am afraid that my situation is a bit trickier than that will allow. However, I am confident that there is a soloution. There always is!

I should have mentioned that my data is complied using formulas that pull from another sheet in the work book.

I have formulated the fields 5 years ahead so that I wont have to keep going back and changing it.

So the fields are not empty and would be counted. They do return "0" and "N/A" in the months where i do not yet have data.
