Can you show as I am not that experienced with macros
mumps gave you step-by-step instructions in post 3. Just follow them.
Here they are summarized in outline form:

Do the following:
- right click the tab name for your DR Waiting List sheet and click 'View Code'.
- Copy/paste the macro into the empty code window that opens up.
- Close the code window to return to your sheet.
- Enter a lower case x in a cell in column N and press the ENTER key.

Here is the revised macro. Follow the instructions in Post #3.
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.CountLarge > 1 Then Exit Sub
    If Target.Column <> 14 Then Exit Sub
    With Application
        .ScreenUpdating = False
        .EnableEvents = False
    End With
    If Target = "x" Then
        Range("A" & Target.Row).Resize(, 13).Copy Sheets("DR Serving List").Cells(Sheets("DR Serving List").Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
        Target.EntireRow.Delete
    End If
    With Application
        .ScreenUpdating = True
        .EnableEvents = True
    End With
End Sub
