Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Using check boxes actually complicates things. Try this approach. First delete all the check boxes in column N. Next copy and paste this macro into the worksheet code module. Do the following: right click the tab name for your DR Waiting List sheet and click 'View Code'. Copy/paste the macro into the empty code window that opens up. Close the code window to return to your sheet. Enter a lower case x in a cell in column N and press the ENTER key.
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.CountLarge > 1 Then Exit Sub
    If Target.Column <> 14 Then Exit Sub
    If Target = "x" Then
        Range("A" & Target.Row).Resize(, 13).Copy Sheets("DR Serving List").Cells(Sheets("DR Serving List").Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
    End If
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
End Sub

It worked great is it possible to include in macro to have the row from DR Waiting List sheet be removed after it transfers to DR Serving List?

Try:
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.CountLarge > 1 Then Exit Sub
    If Target.Column <> 14 Then Exit Sub
    Application
        .ScreenUpdating = False
        .EnableEvents = False
    End With
    If Target = "x" Then
        Range("A" & Target.Row).Resize(, 13).Copy Sheets("DR Serving List").Cells(Sheets("DR Serving List").Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
        Target.EntireRow.Delete
    End If
    Application
        .ScreenUpdating = True
        .EnableEvents = True
    End With
End Sub

Those two lines that just have:
VBA Code:
Application
in them
should be:
VBA Code:
With Application

Entered this and still does not transfer data or remove from DR Waiting List sheet

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.CountLarge > 1 Then Exit Sub
If Target.Column <> 14 Then Exit Sub
With Application
.ScreenUpdating = False
.EnableEvents = False
End With
If Target = "x" Then
Range("A" & Target.Row).Resize(, 13).Copy Sheets("DR Serving List").Cells(Sheets("DR Serving List").Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
Target.EntireRow.Delete
End If
With Application
.ScreenUpdating = True
.EnableEvents = True
End With
End Sub

What is the name of the module that you placed the VBA code in?

Also, please use Code Tags when posting your code. It is super simple to do, and makes your code much more readable (like how mumps posted his).

@Joe4 Thanks for picking up on that. My slip-up.
@FLdave12 Make sure that the macro is in the worksheet code module not a regular module. Check out instructions in Post #3.
