that is nice and simple I like it. I will take this as a lesson in simplicity!
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Its also a test, if the volunteer can't fill out the userform, they may have trouble with "put it down over there" during the event.
