I would like a formula for column F, that I can plug into conditional formatting where the lettering turns bold red after it has passed a two week mark (from the date in column F). So if we haven't received a response in two weeks, then it is in our face to follow up. Also, once another date has been put into the field next to it in Column G- I want the bold red lettering to return to normal font and color.

So for example: If a cell in column G is blank and todays date is two weeks or more past the date in a cell in column F. I don't want the cell in column f to have bold red lettering if todays date is less than two weeks past. (cell F7 as an example of being less than two weeks) but I do want the the cell in column F to have bold red lettering if todays date is more than two weeks past (Cells F2, F3 and F4 as an example of being more than two weeks).

Cells F5 and F6 are an example of the bold red lettering going back to normal when something is plugged into the cellsG5 and G6 next to them.
