each cell could certainly have numerous paragraphs. every paragraph would be separated always by an empty line and every paragraph would begin with some words in bold (the headline) and followed by text that is NOT bold. Once the solution recognizes it is looking at the first unbolded text after the bolded headline, it should ignore the entire remainder of the paragraph even if there are a few random bold words mixed in here and there, which are not part of the headline. Below is an illustration:
Primary Doctors Report and request for authorization, Dr. John Smith, M.D., 08/28/2014. The doctor saw the patient that week and reviewed the symptoms and found stress to be a factor.
If the above example was the first paragraph in column A, the result below would end up in cell B1:
Primary Doctors Report and request for authorization, Dr. John Smith, M.D., 08/28/2014.
However, the result does not have to be maintained in bold and could be shown as below in B1:
Primary Doctors Report and request for authorization, Dr. John Smith, M.D., 08/28/2014.
