My formula is not working

=SUM(IF($D$3:$D$193="OH",$C$3:$C$193))
=SUM(IF($D$3:$D$193="AL",$C$3:$C$193,0))

I have this formula written to include every state that returns a value of each purchase from said state.

All of them work, except OH. I have tried everything that I can think of, but I can not get OH to return a value for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might fix this? I am using 2010 version

Do the OHs in column D have a space before or after them?

If the following formula works correctly:
=SUM(IF($D$3:$D$193="AL",$C$3:$C$193,0))


Then, try changing the following formula:
=SUM(IF($D$3:$D$193="OH",$C$3:$C$193))

To this:
=SUM(IF($D$3:$D$193="OH",$C$3:$C$193,0))
