difference between Window and Mac

dear sir, I have formula that working as I want in Windows (Excel 2001),
but at the same file it did not working on my mac excel version 2001.

I don't know offhand. Most of the functions I would use to work around that don't work in 2021.

One question:

Are there multiple columns with "Date" in row 4, or just one? If it's only one, it should be a relatively easy solution.
