I have a workbook that I got from running OCR on a PDF (Bill of Lading). Each cell has the title in small 6pt font (superscript) and the BOL value in 12 point font. Example "City" and Milwaukee appear as the cell title and value. When you enter the cell "City" is in the value line. Hit Right arrow and Milwaukee appears. Left arrow and it is back to City. Obviously the string has some HTML script that the value line does not show or allow editing of. How do I modify the cell with VBA so that the cell title and new city value are maintained.

I would like to use this technique on a number of doc that I have to build but have not found any way to create this effect.

Thanks
Michael
