MS query - coloured shape to indicate end of query range

Hi, anyone know how to remove (or not have in the first place) the little shape that appears in the bottom right cell of a query range result? Looks like 3 building blocks making a triangle. I'm quite used to it, and use MS queries a lot, but my bosses aren't keen on the shape :( Had hoped to add an image but don't seem to be able to.

Any help much appreciated.

Converting the table to a range removes the query so I can’t refresh it next month / quarter etc. Protecting the sheet stops any changes, inc the refresh option, but can obviously be un-protected next time.

Thanks so much, my new boss will be very happy ?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Glad it works

I would also like to force the table to return a '.' (an entry we use for 'not applicable') where no data is found. Is that possible?

I've never mixed text and numbers in a field for such a purpose and don't recommend it. Custom formatting would be an option if Excel allows blanks/nulls only as a condition (unlikely).

Thanks; can’t be zero unfortunately as there will be numbers less than a full one shown as 0. Will need to look at this again. Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.
