Ms Access "yes to all" button code

I have a list of questions in MS Access with yes/No checkboxes and I want to create a button that will check them all when pressed. I also want a button that will clear them all as well. The buttons will be 35 and 36.

Run an update query,
Q1: set all to false,
Q2: set all to true.

refresh the screen after you execute: me.requery
