Yes File does not exist. Be patient

you need to upload the file at dropbox as suggested previously

after uploading click on share and dont click the dropdown after share
then go below
click on Create link
Options of share link instead click on copy link Just copy by ctrl+C
and paste it on your MrExcel post

Hi I've checked and it runs smoothly. indeed a beautiful Template with good color combinations
Am using Excel-2013 as asked you which version r u suing.

The file which you have uploaded contains No Data in except all the sheets with Headers Rows 1 2 and 3 as required

I opened your template by clicking on Scorecard Audit Team UF was loaded and showed perfectly. Also with VBE Run on userform too it worked perfectly
When closed it asked me whether to Save so i did not save. But When closing it took few seconds more with proper closure.

Also userform Terminate you have put Rem Marks for not executing

I tried the below only thing it did not ask for saving options
Code:
'Private Sub UserForm_Terminate()

'ThisWorkbook.Save
'ActiveWorkbook.Close SaveChanges:=False

'End Sub

Is this the same file which you have uploaded and got Error or you have removed the Data and sent the file.
Because it is running smoothly here.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/excel/crashing-issues-with-excel For below

[h=3]Method 3: Investigate Excel file details and contents[/h][FONT=&quot]Excel files can exist on the computer for a long time. They are upgraded from version to version and frequently travel from one user to another user. Frequently, a user inherits an Excel file but doesn't know what is included in the file. The following areas can cause performance or crashing issues:[/FONT]

  • Formulas referencing entire columns.
  • Array formulas referencing an uneven number of elements in the arguments.
  • Hundreds, or perhaps thousands, of hidden or size 0 height and width objects.
  • Too many styles caused by frequent copying and pasting between workbooks.
  • Too many (as well as invalidly defined) names.
[FONT=&quot]Inspect and simplify your files if possible.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]If these steps do not resolve your issue, continue to method 4.[/FONT]
