Mearge 2 formulas

Hi

How can I merge 2 formulas in 1



=average(offset(au4,,count(au4:br4)-bs2,,bs2))
=averageif(au4:br4,">0",au4:br4)

AU3 to BR3 = Jan to Dec 2018 - 2019
BS2 3 which is month 3

Sorry for the confusion, I want to take average of last 3 months but formula is also
counting zero, I want average without zero

Please help

Formula in G3 is =average(offset(b3,,count($b3:$f3)-$g$1,,$g$1))
