Hi All,

Hoping someone can please help me with this issue?

At the minute i seem to be getting shopping pops up on either my IE or Chrome browser no matter how hard i try to avoid them. It seems that my laptop as been infected with some Malware called Ad Network Performance?

I have looked up the issue on various sites and followed different step by step guides but i can still see the various Add Ons that are plaguing me.

Just things as:

  • BetteRPrriceChec
  • shopndrop
  • PriNCeCoupon

GetFileAttachment

When i have gone to the Manage Add Ons settings on IE in Safe Mode, the option to disable these add ons is greyed out. Aaaarrrgggghhh!!!!

Can anyone suggest anything else or point me in the right direction please?

Any help would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
do a system restore a period of time before the pop ups started

then download and install / run SPYBOT SD (get it from a legitimate site)

You might have a look with HIJACKTHIS

Then make sure you have a decent backup policy in place
