Hello,

I have a complicated problem in mailing merge that I don't know how to solve it.
I would like to merge some data from excel to a table in word. The problem is that each identity with a unique "VAT" number has many "products" below this vat number that I would like to display in a table in word. The problem is that when I merge the data, only one row each time insert to table accourding with the specific vat number. I would try below to explain you how i would like to be the table in the word.

First table
vat: .......
name:....
area:....
etc:...

Second table
product 1 / spec 1 / spec 2 / spec3 / spec4 / etc
product 2 / spec 5 / spec6/

The problem is that each person could have several number of products. For example the person 1 could have 2 products, the person 2 could have 5 products etc.

is it possible to retrieve different row data in second table from each person according to the vat number?

Thank you.
