i need a macro to activate the refresh button in ms word mail merge recipients window.

Hi oleg,

Try it without the '.Execute' line. Alternatively, change it to '.Display TimeOut:=1'. With the latter, the dialog will flash on screen briefly to let you know the macro has run.

I found a really cool excel vba template for mailmerg that eliminates the need for word....is there a way to attach a file in this forum?
