Hi,

I'm looking for assistance on the attached workbook. The objectives are listed below and the requirements too.

Sheet 2 = Form
Sheet 1 = Code List

Sheet 2 has 4 boxes to input data from Sheet 1. The top 2 boxes work as required.

The bottom 2 boxes are for adding or removing data.
I need to be able to add new lines so when a number is entered into the Add New Line box it searches column A and if the number doesn't exist it adds it to a new line at the bottom of the data, it then provides the same boxes to add the extra information as with the first 2 options above.

The last box at the bottom is just for striking through data. When a number is entered and found in Column A or Column B then it will strike through the entire line.

I really hope this is possible, please ask if I've not been clear but these are the last stumbling blocks I face before it's complete.

Thanks in advance.
