Lookup on closed workbook

Hi,
I have a situation where i have several workbook witch have several sheets with result for all departments in the firm, each sheets have the same look and each workbook is for different month, now my question with out having to open each month workbook for using indirect function what function can i use to lookup the information I need for each department for a hole year

I use excel 2010

I have tried that but have not been lucky install on a win 7 x64 with off 2010 x86 are there any other solution ??
