Hello, I attached the workbook,
https://nofile.io/f/hV3NG1FvKkS/Data+Sample.xlsx

I removed most of the data just to drill down to the core issue.

The Problem that I'm having is:

I have 3 sheets on that workbook

Main - Site 2 - Site 3

I'm trying to pull data ( prices ) from Site 2 & Site 3 into the Main sheet, The data on the "site 2" is formatted into rows
while the data from "Site 3" is formatted into columns.

The Vlookup function was working but it seems to be returning N/A.

Any assistance is would be greatly appreciated

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Change the B2 in the formula to A2.

When I tried the change in the formula in your file, it worked properly.
=VLOOKUP(A3,'Site 3'!A2:J2,7,FALSE)

Could you upload a file with a sheet showing what you would want the data from the "site 2" sheet to look like?

Will there always be 4 Pricing Levels, Quantities and Cost and only one Number and Name?

Change C1, G1, K1 etc to Level 1, Level 2 etc - take out "Pricing" on the Main tab.

The use the following in the cells for Site 2 on the Main tab: =SUMPRODUCT(('Site 2'!$A$2:$A$5=Main!$A3)*(('Site 2'!$E$2:$E$5=Main!$C$1)),('Site 2'!$D$2:$D$5))
