Looking for a better way to get a current age, tenure, etc.

I have been using a formula that is basically =sum(now()-A1)/365 where A1 is DOH, DOB, etc.

It basically works, but is there a better way to do this?

Try -

=DATEDIF(A1, TODAY(), "Y")

=DATEDIF(A1, TODAY(), "Y")
