Login Twice?

have you changed any security settings lately???

Don't believe so... But who knows, network IT guys could push anything they want overnight.

Is there a particular setting I should look at?

I really don't know...I have mrexcel in my trusted sites and the setting is low....

Nope, just had to login twice. The only thing I've done as of late is run my spyware. Having a lack of spyware your PC can't be the issue.

Edit: I might have have found a good acid test for the problem.

unless the spyware turned off some kind of crucial switch.. you use spybot??

It might be a board setup technicality (I'll be in touch).

But yes, I use Spybot and X-Cleaner. :)

Aaron, the adjustment has been made. See if the double login problem is off the table, it seems that it is in my case.

Thanks for bringing this up, I was just dealing with it, but a single prompt is more desirable.

ok, here's the "list' of things to check/do:

1. Delete all current cookies
2. Make sure that cookie settings are at most Medium
3. use the url www.mrexcel.com/board2 to navigate to the site and not an ip address

Nate - what did I miss?

Just to be sure, delete your cache (verify/change security settings as Tracy mentioned), close your browser, then delete your cookies. Then, come back and log in. It's got to work. :)
