Morning all

I have a protected Sheet, but apart from inserting information into cells; I need to be able to insert additional rows.

Is there a way to do this without letting users remove the protection?

Thank you.

PS The number of rows is not a set number.

Hello, I have set up a few macros to hide certain columns in a large table and also sort through the table and hide certain rows. I would like to protect the sheet so that you can only view but not be able to do anything else. Is there a way to make it so only when you run the macro the sheet is capable of being sorted and maipulated in respect to the macro. I have tried everything and it will not let me.

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
