Can someone write a macro that locks all my cells with a formula in them so my users can't keep destroying my worksheets? I need it to work on ALL worksheets in the Spreadsheet but have a password that allows me to adjust or unlock the entire spreadsheet???

Sorry, but yeah what he said about unlocking the data enrty cells. Just right click on the cell that you need to enter the data in click format cells, then on protection. under LOCKED unclick it and that cell will be unlocked even if the entire worksheet is locked. You will still be able to enter data into that cell but all others holding any data that you dont want messed with sill still be locked.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Smitty,
I got a quick question and dont want to bother with another thread.
How can I show the value of 0 ZERO in a cell on a number that starts with 0
Like 001 , 006, when 0 HAS to be shown in the cell.

To display leading 0's you can format the cell as Text.

If you need to perform numeric calculations on it you can use:

=--A1+1

Or if the string length will be the same, you can Custom format as 000.
