any help is appreciated...I am pretty new to Access.
Ok here is what I am trying to do. I have a listbox to choose what type of therapy a patient may be receiving.
PT, OT, ST, OM.

What would be the best way to place the frequency of each of these therapies that were recommended.

Usually it would be either 1x or 2x week.

Excel Facts

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Why wouldn't you just create a Frequency field? Am I missing something?

Say I have 2 List boxes then. I have set mulit select to "simple"

1. Tx: PT, OT, ST
2. Frequency: 1, 2 ,3, 4

A patient may have PT 2x and OT 1x. How would I link these 2 and have them show up in a textbox as they are selected.

Since they are independent of each other, you want them as separate fields in your table.

If you want to display both of them in one field on a Form or Report, simply create query and with a calculated field combining them, i.e.

CombinedField: Field1 & " " & Field2
