Linking Excel (charts and graphs) to software to publish mgt accounts, e.g Word

Hi everyone,

Every month I laboriously copy'n'paste charts and graphs out of Excel into a Word document for distribution as mgt accounts. I've tried linking charts and graphs to alternative software such as Publisher so avoid this but the links always break and Publisher only allows either portrait or landscape pages, so is no help.

Can anyone recommend a better way of doing things? Ideally, I'm looking for a solution that allows me to link multiple spreadsheets to a single document, in a software like Word, that I can then save down as a pdf.

Kind regards,

Ronnie

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You could, of course link the charts & data to Word, then periodically refresh the links & save the Word document as a PDF.

Copy the source range from Excel and paste into Word using 'Paste Special' with the 'paste link option and your preferred paste format.
