I have a June Labor forecast which is weekly for staff from June to September, I have no issues generating any of the monthly or cumulative measures for this. But now I have a July labor forecast from July to October. What I want to do is where I have a later forecast I want to use those numbers. So June - (June forecast) July - (July Forecast) August - (July Forecast). When the August forecast is loaded I would expect: June - (June forecast) July - (July Forecast) August - (August Forecast). The cut off point for using the updated forecast is basically the current date. If on July 1 you had a forecast (from June) for the week of July 6 of 100 hours, and you come out with the July revision, that revision can't now state the forecast for July 6th is 80 hours, because you've already passed that week. I realize this might be pretty confusing hopefully you follow.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
