Label counter

Good Day,
Is it possible to set label like counter.
If A1 value is 200 the label will start from 0 to 200 one by one and will loop always.

Me.Label12.Caption = Format(Sheets("info").Range("l1").Value, "###,##0") & " €"

Thats the code capturing data..
1 or 5 sec would much be very importand coz after I see the code it may be adjusted.
