I'm looking to create spreadsheet to collect certain keywords. i get a daily report of certain types of calls that come in from customer. i would like to track certain types of calls ex. payments, acct inquiry etc; day to day, month to month, year to year etc. So i can start forecasting used for historical. Any insight on how to do is greatly appreciated.!

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Hi,

Since Excel is NOT a word processor ...

Make sure to use a Column to store each and every type of calls ... so each input is separate in its individual cell ...

With this condition, everything becomes dead simple ... for example, your report can be created in less than 5 seconds with a Pivot Table ...

Hope this will help
