I am running a complex circular calcuation for some allocations I have to do. I have to have a circular reference based on the agreement, and there is no way around it. What I am finding though is I get one answer but when I hit F9 I get another answer, I hit it again and it goes back to the first answer.

The other issue is that if I want A2 to equal A1 it wont it will give me some other answer.

Thanks for any help!

I think it is safe to say that your formulas are working the way they are designed to. It is possible that you need to look at your formulas if they are giving you results that don't work for you. Most likely, however, when you start pulling at threads here, the whole thing will unravel. My advice is to step back from this a bit and look at other ways to capture the problem you are trying to solve. I don't think there is any way to rescue this framework, but that doesn't mean that you can't get a more useful framework set up.

For myself, personally, I wouldn't trust the numbers I was getting out of this sheet for either page, but if you already have some idea what a good solution looks like then you may have enough info to work with this one.

As to your last post, that makes sense that some of the cells may trail right behind the others, depending how the calculations work.

Cheers, :)
