Is therea limit to how many threads I can be subscribed to?

I am not sure, but I am currently subscribed to almost 5000!
So even if you are subscribed to every thread your contributed to and then some, you probably still have a ways to go yet.

Thankyou. I asked because I'm at 1000 and not all threads that I have responded to lately have been added to my subscription list, though it may be due, when submitting a post, to my sometimes getting a database error. It posts OK, but I don't see it unless I go back and click the link to the thread at the top of the page.

I've had several db errors today too. Posts seem to have gone through OK - have to confess I didn't check subscriptions (over 7500 and counting ;))

Having similar db errors.

Posts submit correctly the db error could be with updating subscription list.

I say this as I have not received email for threads that have had replies.

Nearly 26,000 subscribed threads here

I've been having DB errors all day, no e-mail notifications, blue blob not showing on threads that I've contributed to and so on.

Me too. I didn't get a notification for this thread. I will send Tracy an email to notify her about the database errors.

We know about the db errors and are trying to fix it.

Just now I posted my first contribution to an existing thread, got the db error, checked whether I was subscribed and I wasn't, which confirms that it's probably the db error causing the failure to automatically subscribe to threads.
