INQUIRE Add-in

Hi, I have installed MS Office 2013 under HUP. It is Prof. Plus. In Excel 2013 I could activate INQUIRE Add-in from Excel Options > Add-in. It shows on my ribbon however no command is working when I click various options. Please tell me if any other settings needs to done in my PC.

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
