is there a way to put an information box when a workbook is activated to say " please answer all questions" "press (y) to proceed" I dont want them to just hit enter when a question pops up (it messes up the sheet) thanks in advance for the help

Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
It depends on how you are asking the question, but you can disable the OK button until they answer the question. Like this:
