Index and Match (or other formula) Inserting an image instead of text

Hi All

Below is the data table which would have an image in it (C1), in another tab, ill have a drop down list of names, when the name is selected what I would like is to see the image appear after the name.

I tried index and match and it reported back N/A, is there another forulm I should look into that may look up the name and bring in the image ?
