Importing MICROS to Excel to another excel spreadsheet and is not pulling the info like usual!

PLEASE HELP! I normally pull MICROS report from the internet copy and paste into excel spreadsheet which then pulls the info to another existing spreadsheet in excel to track inventory, however, for some reason it is not importing the information to the inventory spreadsheet when I copy and paste to excel spreadsheet! Can someone please help with any suggestions?????
