Importing Excel into Access, subduing Column Header Errors

hi

in VBA, i'm importing a .xls into access, but the column headers have leading spaces and it doesn't pull them in

any suggestions?

got the field, just ned to populate it with the same thing now....

to overcome spacing

instead of
